Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Over the Road Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves long-haul transportation of goods across various routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage various types of freight.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive tractor-trailer combinations over long distances.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding commercial driving.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and vehicle inspections.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
• Manage refrigerated trailers, Dry-Van trailer, securing the load
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.

Skills

• Experience with refrigerated trailers & Dry-Van
• Strong knowledge of route driving and delivery driver experience.
• Familiarity with freight handling procedures and regulations.
• Excellent navigation skills and the ability to adapt to changing road conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $0.55 - $0.65 per mile
