Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in accounting? We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead to ensure the smooth processing of payments and financial transactions, while resolving issues efficiently within the accounts payable process.
Job type – Full-time, on-site.
Pay Range - $24-$31 per hour BOE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Accurately prepare, update, and maintain financial documents and records.
  • Enter financial transaction data into the database daily with precision.
  • Assist company personnel with financial inquiries and support as needed.
  • Process invoices and billings in a timely manner.
  • Resolve discrepancies in accounts to maintain accuracy.
