The Business Development Representative is a specialized and crucial role that is related to our company. It is important for the Business Development Representative to utilize efficient marketing and business tactics to build relationships with potential clients. This will entail researching targeted businesses and organizations, using social skills in telemarking and follow up calls, building relationships with potential clients.

Our ideal candidate is confident, social, well spoken, hardworking, highly organized with solid communication skills and experience in building relationships. The ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment both independently and as part of a team is critical. Extended hours are required when necessary.

The ideal candidate is expected to be able to carry out the following abilities:

  • The ability to convey information about our business in a positive and professional manner
  • The ability to build business relationships with possible clientele
  • The ability to explain efficient and technology solutions that will benefit the potential client best
  • Great communication and customer service/experience skills

Responsibilities:

  • Covey business solutions with a client first mind set
  • Build relationships
  • Staying informed with the market and targeting potential leads
  • Learn our products, services and how they help your prospects.
  • Present and sell company products and services to potential partners
  • Prospect and contact potential customers using different channels
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Qualifications:

  • Love to Sell and Great Attitude
  • Already engaged in selling products and services
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction as to prospects, etc.
  • You must be a prospector to be successful.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
