Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide focused and professional customer support
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media
• Guide customers through product selection, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets
• Assist other departments as needed
• Navigate and multitask across multiple software programs
• Multitask typing and speaking simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities
• Four-year degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
• High level of attentiveness and patience
• Effective time-management skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
