Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide focused and professional customer support
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media
- Guide customers through product selection, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets
- Assist other departments as needed
- Navigate and multitask across multiple software programs
- Multitask typing and speaking simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Four-year degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- High level of attentiveness and patience
- Effective time-management skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
