We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department.
QualificationsPosition Overview
The Service BDC Representative plays a critical role in driving service department performance by managing customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and supporting customer retention efforts. This role serves as a key link between our customers and service team, helping ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively contact existing and prospective customers via phone, email, text, and CRM systems to schedule service appointments
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries
Follow up on declined service recommendations and missed appointments
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM
Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to optimize scheduling and customer experience
Support service marketing initiatives, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
Meet or exceed daily and monthly contact and appointment performance goals
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment (automotive experience preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Positive, energetic, and customer-first attitude
Bilingual skills are a plus
