As a Web Application Quality Assurance Test Engineer, youll work with developers, testers and scrum masters on a team that builds and maintains important web-based software systems. Youll develop and implement test plans and ensure requirements are met. As an expert test engineer, youll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. Youll expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including manual, automation, performance, and accessibility. The world cant wait./ph3You Have:/h3ulli3+ years of experience with software test engineering/lili2+ years of experience testing web-based applications/liliExperience writing scripts or using automated test frameworks to test software functionality/liliExperience creating documented test plans and procedures/liliTS/SCI clearance with polygraph/liliBachelors degree and 5+ years of experience working with IT or software development, or 8+ years of experience working with IT or software development in lieu of a degree/li/ulh3Nice If You Have:/h3ulliExperience writing scripts or software/liliExperience writing tests for Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium/liliAbility to automate software testing processes/li/ulpClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required./ppCompensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
