M-F 4AM, or until the work is completed What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of products. This includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining the flow of products from vendors to our customers. Join our dynamic team and be part of a process that directly impacts our ability to deliver quality products promptly. Responsibilities Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment according to established processes. Participate in cross-training across various warehouse functions and contribute to special projects as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping and inventory control tasks. Be trained and certified to operate material handling equipment, including order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as per job requirements. Qualifications We encourage candidates with little to no warehouse experience to apply! If you're comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we would love to have you on our team. All necessary training will be provided from day one! Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for your entire shift. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working at heights up to 20 to 30 feet. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Willingness to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with technology, such as computers or point of sale systems, is a plus. Availability to work overtime as necessary to complete daily tasks. What is expected of you and others at this level Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks effectively. Learn and implement new information and methods within your assigned area. Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications. Address routine assignments that may arise and seek solutions for challenges. Work within defined standard operating procedures and adhere to quality guidelines. Collaborate under moderate supervision with regular output reviewed by supervisors. Refer complex or unusual problems to your supervisor. Pay rate:
