This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational experience in Microsoft services, endpoint management, and hardware administration who is ready to broaden their skill set across virtualization, security, and cloud technologies. The right candidate is eager to learn, comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of issues, and able to contribute to a secure and reliable infrastructure./ppCore Responsibilities/pulliAdminister Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/liliSupport Intune for device configuration, application deployment, and security baselines/liliProvide hands-on support for helpdesk agents on end-user issues, workstation builds, and system troubleshooting/li/ulpHardware, Servers, and On-Prem Infrastructure/pulliMaintain Dell PowerEdge servers, storage systems, and network-connected devices/liliAssist with monitoring and upkeep of PureStorage SAN and Ubiquiti/Unifi equipment/liliSupport routine maintenance tasks, updates, and basic performance checks/li/ulpWindows Server Directory Services/pulliSupport Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and general Windows Server administration/liliAssist with identity, access control, and security hardening tasks/li/ulpDocumentation Operations/pulliMaintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes/liliFollow IT policies, standards, and security practices/liliWork with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues/li/ulpSkills Required/pulliExposure to VMware, Zscaler, or AWS environments/liliPowerShell, Python, or similar scripting experience/liliCertifications such as Microsoft 365/Windows Server, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or AWS Cloud Practitioner/liliUnderstanding of security or compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, etc.)/li/ulpAdditional Value-add Skills/pulliAssist with VMware vSphere 8 administration (vCenter, ESXi, Horizon View)/liliParticipate in capacity planning, uptime monitoring, and host maintenance/liliSupport Zscaler administration under guidance (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)/liliHelp enforce access controls, identity policies, and security configurations/liliSupport AWS environments for foundational tasks (EC2, S3, basic Terraform interaction)/liliParticipate in team efforts to automate and modernize infrastructure/li/ulpSalary Range: $55,000 -$75,000/year, DOE/ppEducation/ppBachelors degree preferred, preferably in management information systems, math or engineering. Additional degrees or certifications may substitute for years of experience./p/div
