You will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize business performance, optimize our customer interactions, and ensure a frictionless user experience. You will leverage advanced analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and provide strategic insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business growth./liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions./liliPartner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to implement data-driven solutions./liliUtilize predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize business processes and customer engagement strategies./liliConduct A/B testing and customer segmentation analysis to enhance decision-making and personalization strategies./liliProvide actionable insights to leadership on business performance, customer behavior, and operational trends./liliEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across multiple data sources and platforms./liliMentor junior analysts and contribute to a data-driven culture within the company./li/ulh3About You/h3ulli5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in fintech, banking, or a technology-driven industry./liliStrong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation./liliExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI./liliExpertise in business intelligence, forecasting, and performance analytics./liliFamiliarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics is a plus./liliStrong understanding of A/B testing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies./liliExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights./liliStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders./li/ulh3Additional Skills and Qualifications/h3ulliExperience with Looker or other business intelligence tools is preferred./liliExposure to dimensional modeling concepts to power meaningful analytics./liliAbility to visualize data effectively and communicate insights clearly and concisely./liliExperience modeling data using dbt./liliFamiliarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics is a plus./liliExperience working with Fintech, banks or a B2C company./li/ulpThis role has a base salary range of $150,000 - $200,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
