divh2Solutions Architect/h2pWe are seeking driven, high-energy engineers to join the Solutions Architecture team in building Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions with the worlds largest customers. This dynamic role requires excellent technical and interpersonal skills to analyze, define, implement, and optimize AI/ML and HPC software and system solutions at hyper scale./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliDevelop and demonstrate AI software and hardware solutions with Hyperscalers/liliBuild customers trust and understand their unique needs/liliBe the go-to technical resource for customers building complex infrastructure as well as help them understand performance characteristics for the best solution/liliPartner with Sales or Developer Relations and Product team to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions/liliConduct technical meetings for project/product details, feature discussions, and debugging sessions/liliDevelop Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions for critical business needs/liliPrepare and deliver technical presentations and workshops to customers/liliAddress and optimize customer AI systems performance issues/li/ulpWhat we need to see:/pulliBS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other equivalent engineering fields (or equivalent experience)/lili5+ years of Solutions Engineering or similar experience in AI-related fields/liliPassion for enhancing customer experience/liliProficiency in AI, ML, and HPC applications/liliComprehensive knowledge of computer system architecture including PCIe, networking, etc and their impact on AI application performance/liliExperience in designing, running and troubleshooting performance benchmarks for AI systems including GPU and multi-node systems/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities/liliExcellent communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to customers/li/ulpWays to stand out from the crowd:/pulliUnique combination of strong interpersonal skills and technical proficiency/liliIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ML/DL/AI including performance testing/liliBackground with NVIDIA hardware and software along with practical experience with GPU systems/liliExperience working with or calling on Cloud Service Providers (e.g., Meta)/liliHighlight external customer-facing skills and experience/li/ulpWe make extensive use of conferencing tools, but occasional travel is required for local on-site visits to customers and industry events. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.
