divh2QA/Test Engineer/h2pAs a QA/Test Engineer, you will work with our growing DevSecOps Salesforce practices delivering quality assurance services to support application, cloud and data systems development. Responsibilities include:/pulliMeet with product design team to determine testing parameters/liliWrite test plans, create test cases, test procedures, bug reports, final QA reports for products/liliManage test data architecture with the Tech Lead/liliTroubleshoot errors and streamline the test procedures/liliTesting and examining code written by others and analyzing results, including three or more of the following:/liulliData validation testing/liliFunctional testing/liliPerformance and load testing/liliUsability testing/liliAccessibility (508) testing/li/ulliEstablishing automated testing tools and infrastructure for test automation/liliProvide validation testing of different system and data sets for Salesforce/liliUnderstanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers/liliImprove development, testing, deployment, and release processes/liliEnsuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats/liliWorking with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended/liliDocument as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations/liliWork with teams to bring continuous improvement to DevSecOps processes and tools/liliEngineer and implement solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the services provided/liliPresent regular status updates and provide cross training to other DevOps team members/li/ulpRequired:/pulliMust be able to maintain a U.S. Government security clearance/liliBachelors Degree required; equivalency offered/lili5 years of related experience in software/IT/cloud consulting/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliCertifications a plus:/liulliCAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing)/liliInternational Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification/liliCertified Manager of Software Testing (CMST)/liliDHS Trusted Tester Certification (TTv5)/li/ulliDevSecOps Experience with actual/active development experience in an Agile environment/liliExperience with performance and load testing/liliExperience utilizing docker containers and utilizing platforms such as Kubernetes/liliExperience implementing test automation, using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Soap UI, RestAssured, Postman/liliExperience integrating test automation including performance, security, and functional tests into CI/CD Pipelines/liliCurrent or previous DHS CBP Clearance is preferred/li/ulpSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
