divh2SCADA Systems Administrator I/h2pAn average day: As the SCADA Systems Administrator I, you will provide system administration with a focus on Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019 and Red Hat Linux 7, and the integration of diverse operating environments. You will be responsible for managing critical hardware components such as Dell-EMC VxRail, Dell-EMC Data Domain, and HPE Proliant Gen 10. You will have direct supervision and will assist more senior administrators. Additionally, in this role you will:/pulliPlan, coordinate, and execute the installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems within a SCADA/EMS real-time power operations system./liliPlan and schedule the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and application software to ensure alignment with project timelines and operational requirements./liliEnsure compliance with configuration management processes as required by the customer and industry standards. Ensure these processes are applied effectively to all assigned systems./liliAssist with managing the lifecycle of systems hardware and peripheral equipment, including ordering, inventory control, installation, deployment, redeployment, maintenance, repair/warranty work, and disposal./liliPerform standard system administration duties, including account management, computer/server management, printer and resource shares, Group Policy management, and various other system administration responsibilities./liliAdminister Windows 10,11 / Server 2016, 2019, VMware ESXi 7, and Dell Precision Tower environments, ensuring the stability and efficiency of these platforms./liliSupport and maintain hardware components such as Dell-EMC VxRail, Dell-EMC Data Domain, and HPE Proliant Gen 10 Servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability./liliIdentify and troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed./liliMonitor and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability./liliProvide technical support to end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve system-related issues./liliCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for system logs, patching, security log configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAs a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C), Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions./liliMust be able to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust clearance./lili1-2 years of experience in SCADA OR Systems Administration or a combination of both./liliFamiliarity with VMware ESXi, Dell-EMC VxRail, Dell-EMC Data Domain, and HPE Proliant Gen 10 servers./liliExcellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues./liliStrong communication and documentation skills, with an emphasis on creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation./liliStrong attention to detail when working with critical systems to ensure reliability and accuracy./liliStrong proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019, with the ability to manage and administer these environments effectively./liliAbility to work collaboratively on a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills./li/ulpPay Transparency Statement for Epsilon: Epsilon is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
