Possess an understanding of hardware and software technology and its application in a business environment. Responsible for contributing to the maintenance and supporting all key infrastructure components of the Virtual and Windows environment including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCOM, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint and the Administrator's skills must also include knowledge of PowerShell and other automation methods. The Administrator must be proficient with the windows platform environment and performs investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure. Some of the duties include: Support and maintain a sophisticated Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure. Support and maintain the Microsoft Intune Environment for endpoint management. Administration and support of CAP's SharePoint environment. Provide a high level of customer service to CAP employees. Create system automations using PowerShell and other scripting languages utilizing orchestration tools to drive consistency and compliance. Respond to inquiries from staff and outside vendors to provide technical assistance, support, and system issues and assist in outage remediation efforts. Develop system documentation containing key infrastructure components and network flows. Backoffice (M365) maintenance, organization wide configuration and security. Infrastructure monitoring (Solarwinds): Alerting system for applications and servers. About the Qualifications Bachelor's degree, OR Associates Degree (with an additional 2 years' experience), OR High School Diploma / GED (with an additional 4 years' experience). Seven (7) years of experience including demonstrated administration skills such as customer support, hardware imaging, configuration management and administration. Experience with configuring and installing applications. Strong inter-personal communication skills and professionalism. Proven ability to write clear and concise documentation, procedures, and correspondence. Required Certifications or Licenses: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record. Preferred Qualifications Management of software deployment projects. Experience with mobile device management. Exposure to VMWare based environments.
