Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Master's Degree or Ph.D. in machine learning, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, or a related quantitative field
10+ years of hands-on experience applying machine learning and creating advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
2+ years of project and/or people leadership experience
Proficient in Python and PySpark, including libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and Spark ML
In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, ensemble models, neural networks, deep learning, clustering, and forecasting
Experience in working with high volumes of structured and unstructured data to develop tactical and strategic insights
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, or AWS)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
Experience with providing strategic advice and guidance to functional teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated success in providing strategic guidance and working with senior executives on enterprise-wide initiatives
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the healthcare domain
Experience in e-commerce analytics
Experience with NLP and Generative AI techniques and applications
3-5 years of project and/or people leadership experience
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $172,200 - $236,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
