Our client is a leader in the Healthcare product and technology production Industry. We are seeking a
Software Engineering Manager
to lead a talented team of software engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with agile methodologies to develop innovative strategies and enhance team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader who enjoys performing hands-on technical duties and responsibilities.
Lead and manage a team of Software Engineers, guide architecture, direct code quality decisions, and foster a collaborative high-performance culture.
Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies. Support production deployments and post-release issue resolution to track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and report status to the VP of Engineering. Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to increase test coverage, efficiency, and reliability. What you will need to succeed:
Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Required: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in management or technical leadership role. Strong coding and system design with the ability to contribute to complex technical work. Hands-on experience with modern software development tools, frameworks, and cloud-based architectures. Experience with C#, some Java, Azure, and passion for AI tools The following benefits are offered for this position:
