About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Network Administrator
to manage, maintain, and improve our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a proactive mindset toward reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN systems. Monitor network performance, availability, and security using industry tools. Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and VoIP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues. Maintain network documentation including diagrams, IP address allocations, and change logs. Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewall rules, patching, and access controls. Manage backup systems and ensure proper disaster recovery procedures. Support servers and virtualization infrastructure (VMware), including updates and performance optimization. Participate in network upgrades, expansions, and new technology deployments. Ensure compliance with company cybersecurity standards and industry best practices. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, licensing, and support agreements. Manage IP Video Surveillance System • Conduct regular patching, vulnerability mitigation, and security audits.

Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in network administration or similar IT infrastructure role. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols. Experience with firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, or similar). Proficiency with Windows Server environments (AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP). Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure. Strong documentation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications such as
CCNA, Network+, Security+,
or
Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS) . Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with Wi-Fi deployments and wireless controllers. Experience with Meraki is considered a plus. Experience with ERP systems considered a plus. Experience with Office 365. Experience in
manufacturing or 24/7 operational environments .
