Join us in crafting the future of connected homes with products that customers truly appreciate, from mesh routers to high-performance wired networking devices. eero is on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Architect to spearhead the integration and implementation of technical solutions and cloud architecture for our mesh WiFi analytics platform. This role merges extensive cloud expertise with networking knowledge to design and implement scalable solutions for our customers and B2B partners. You will be at the crossroads of cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, and WiFi, ensuring exceptional experiences for our growing list of partners. Key responsibilities include: Designing and architecting cloud-based solutions using AWS services to support eero's cloud management platform. Leading technical discussions with customers and partners, articulating complex architectural solutions utilizing our REST APIs and data delivery systems. Developing integration solutions that connect eero's platform with customer systems through modern APIs and cloud services. Creating and executing proof-of-concept implementations for customer integrations. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence our technical roadmap. Providing technical guidance on eero's cloud architecture. Building automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and analytics. Maintaining a centralized repository for eero's APIs and scripts that address customer challenges. About the team Are you interested in exploring opportunities with eero? BASIC QUALIFICATIONS More than 8 years of experience in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, and analytics). Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud services and architecture. Programming proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or similar languages. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience engaging with end-users or developer communities. Familiarity with WiFi and networking technologies. Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems. Proven history of leading complex technical initiatives and customer projects. Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark. Skills in data analysis and visualization using tools like Splunk, Looker, Grafana, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across different US markets, with the base pay ranging from $138,200 to $239,000 annually based on factors such as market location and job-related skills and experience.
