WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software development experience, including UI, middle tier, and backend.
6+ years of proven experience in solution architecture.
Additional Qualifications Experience in Cloud Solution Architecture, especially Azure.
Strong background in Microservices Architecture and designing REST APIs.
Experience in a fully DevOps-enabled environment.
Proficiency in databases and data modeling/design (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience designing workflows and rules.
Familiarity with containers and orchestration platforms (AKS).
Experience working with both asynchronous/event-driven and synchronous systems.
Experience integrating security principles into architecture.
Knowledge in developing architectural and coding standards.
Experience with large application design and implementation, including modern web and mobile platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and TDD.
Extensive knowledge of API management, DevOps, server infrastructure, and information security.
Track record of optimizing development processes focused on DevOps and automation.
Experience documenting solution designs through various methodologies (e.g., UML).
Strong experience with DDD, TDD, and BDD, guiding teams through these frameworks.
Proven ability to learn and evaluate new technologies for suitability in business contexts.
Deep experience in code reviews, emphasizing performance, quality, and maintainability.
Skilled in designing secured APIs that integrate with both internal and external systems.
Experience integrating systems with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Ability to guide teams across the entire technology stack.
Experience with technologies including C#/.Net, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React, HTML, SQL, Azure DevOps, NoSQL, and others.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation ranges from $122,535 to $208,715 per year, with variations based on skills, experience, and location.
