Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms for effective predictive analytics and forecasting. Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets through SQL, Python, and modern ETL frameworks. Design and execute experiments to validate product impact and optimize outcomes. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to translate business challenges into actionable data solutions. Implement monitoring and validation tools to maintain high data quality and reliability. What We're Looking For: Mid-level experience in data science or machine learning, particularly within a SaaS or data-driven environment. Demonstrated success in building and deploying end-to-end data solutions. Strong expertise in statistical analysis, regression, time-series forecasting, clustering, and experimental design. Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python (or R), and distributed data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure). Ability to troubleshoot and maintain scalable data workflows. A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for leveraging data to drive impactful results.
