THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: As the Technical Lead - Customer Journey Analytics, you will be instrumental in transforming how we capture and analyze customer data enterprise-wide. Lead our transition to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to provide a seamless and real-time view of customer interactions across channels. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in designing data integrations and collaborating with multiple teams to extract actionable insights that drive growth and enhance customer experiences. YOU'LL ACHIEVE THESE GOALS BY: Strategy & Architecture
Define the vision and roadmap for implementing Customer Journey Analytics in line with our business goals. Serve as the CJA subject matter expert, shaping scalable data models and pipelines. Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration with our Adobe Experience Cloud and other platforms.
Execution & Delivery
Lead the implementation of CJA workspaces and enable multi-channel analysis. Oversee data migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA, ensuring data integrity. Develop actionable dashboards and reporting capabilities for stakeholders.
Measurement & Optimization
Establish KPIs for analytics initiatives focusing on data quality and business impact. Translate analytical insights into practical recommendations to guide marketing and product strategies. Encourage a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
Leadership & Enablement
Mentor analysts, engineers, and partners in the effective usage of CJA. Collaborate with vendors and experts to enhance platform adoption. Contribute to governance frameworks ensuring compliance and scalability.
ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field. Proven experience with implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Strong background in digital analytics and customer journey measurement. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and data integrations. Proficient in data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and API integrations. Experienced in designing dashboards and visualizations in analytics platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven leadership in mentoring teams and promoting new analytics tools. The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $160,000.00 / Year, with additional compensation opportunities. Full-time positions are eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Part-time positions also offer certain benefits.
