Creating and coordinating content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Supporting campaign delivery across multiple European markets
Managing community engagement, including private Facebook groups
Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and learning what content works best
Spotting social trends and emerging influencers aligned to our brand
Supporting store social media with content, toolkits and training
Attending industry events and awards to capture social content
Supporting the Social Media Manager with admin, POs and budget tracking
What we're looking for
1+ year's experience in social media or content marketing
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Confident using Canva and creating short‑form video
Organised, creative and comfortable juggling priorities
Great communicator who enjoys working with different teams
Passion for the hair & beauty industry
Retail experience is a plus
French language skills are advantageous
