THE EMPLOYER IS: BESPOKE STAGING NIWe’re seeking a creative and digitally savvy Marketing & Digital Content Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves interior design, home styling, and storytelling through digital media. You’ll play a key part in shaping our brand presence online by creating engaging visual and written content, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. Responsibilities
Create and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest). Capture and edit photos and videos of staging projects for digital use. Assist in managing and updating the company website and blog. Develop brand-aligned marketing materials and promotional campaigns. Monitor social media insights, trends, and engagement metrics. Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Collaborate with the staging team to generate behind-the-scenes and transformation content. Help plan and execute seasonal and promotional marketing initiatives. Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital channels. Skills and Qualifications
Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; Canva or Adobe experience desirable. Full UK driving licence preferred. Experience creating digital and social media content. Excellent written communication and storytelling skills. Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SEO and website content management (e.g., WordPress or Squarespace). Basic photography skills or experience shooting short-form video content. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools. Further Information
