Job Summary
Are you a proactive and technically savvy individual looking to contribute to the smooth operation of Clinical IT systems? If so Health Informatics at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust may have the perfect role for you. We are seeking a dedicated Systems Support Analyst (Clinical Applications) to join our evolving Systems team. As a Systems Support Analyst for clinical applications , you will play a vital role in providing technical administration, configuration/development and support for one or more of the Trust\'s Clinical IT systems. The post offers great potential for personal and career development and will enable you to enhance your knowledge of healthcare and clinical IT systems. Flexible/hybrid working is available with the ability to be based at one of several sites across County Durham, including locations in Darlington and Peterlee. Any experience of Radiology and Cardiology systems or a similar area would be beneficial. Main duties
The successful candidate will meet the criteria published within the Job Description and Personal Specification, and ideally have demonstrable experience within a systems support environment with a drive for continued professional development. They will be customer focused, pro-active, possess strong communication skills, confident, with solid IT skills and a strong work ethic. Job responsibilities
The post holder is an IM&T support analyst whose role is to implement, maintain, and provide user support and frontline system administration technical support to Trust systems. The post holder will report directly to a Systems Manager and work in close association with the Senior Systems Support Analysts. The post holder will ensure that users receive the best possible service in terms of data quality, system availability, technical and operational support. Person Specification
