The Client Operations team manages the full client experience from purchase to pay which includes but is not limited to order processing, back-order management, and proactive communication with internal and external clients to assist with inquiries, problem solve matters, and resolve any outstanding issues. As the client-facing day to day contact for the customer, speed and professionalism from teammates is vital to ensuring good impressions are made, the reputation of the organisation is enhanced, and repeat business is successfully secured.
Responsibilities
The Sales Associate Team Leader, in conjunction with the Sales Manager, assists with some elements of the core management responsibilities for the Sales team.
Directly manages a team of Inside Sales Associates including setting specific sales goals and targets, and ensuring teammates meet and exceed their individual sales quotas.
Supervise and motivate the team, to promote teammate satisfaction through mentoring, development, and career planning; creating a high performing team with a strong succession benchmark, enabling career progression.
Mentor, motivate, and coach a team of Inside Sales Associates through all aspects of the sales cycle, and delegate the workload effectively to teammates.
Conduct regular team meetings to set, review and track performance against objectives, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Understand and drive go-to-market strategies within the team, to ensure teammates have a deep understanding of Insight offerings.
Accountable for ensuring client satisfaction; act as 'point of escalation' for more complex queries, ensure SLAs and KPIs are clearly communicated and adhered to, and that clients are responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure online catalogue information is updated in a timely manner and with the utmost accuracy.
Run regular back log reports and provide feedback to the Inside Sales Associates in order to help them prioritise and work more efficiently.
Act as the primary escalation point for Inside Sales Associates and build business relationships to provide the best possible service to clients.
