We’re looking for a driven
Inside Sales Representative
to join our UK Transactional Sales Team. This role is focused on maximising revenue and growth from an existing portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll take ownership of a defined book of business, working consultatively to understand customer needs, expand wallet share, and position BHN solutions that deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on sales role with a strong account management focus, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise clients, driving revenue through upsell, cross‑sell, renewals, and multi‑threaded account engagement.
Position BHN as a trusted partner through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and confident engagement with senior stakeholders.
Build and execute strategic account plans informed by data, insights, and performance trends to identify whitespace and new opportunities.
Lead structured QBRs and value reviews that demonstrate ROI, communicate impact, and guide future growth.
Develop deep, trusted relationships across customer organisations to support retention, renewal, and long‑term partnership success.
Maintain a consistent, high‑quality customer experience through regular engagement, insight‑led recommendations, and an outcome‑focused approach.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B account management, client success, or inside sales with a track record of revenue growth and retention.
Skilled in strategic and value‑based selling, including leading structured QBRs and client meetings.
Able to build account plans and manage multi‑stakeholder relationships across complex organisations.
Excellent communicator, confident, concise, and able to influence at all levels with strong written professionalism.
Highly organised, self‑motivated, detail‑focused, and effective at prioritising workload in a fast‑paced environment.
CRM‑savvy and data‑literate, with strong proficiency in MS Office.
