As a New Business Advisor operating in our call centre, you\'ll be taking calls from potential new members who are looking to join RAC for their breakdown cover (No Cold Calling!). You\'ll be an expert on the features and benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover, and use your sales through service skills to quickly and effectively get them onboard. This is a busy and challenging role; you\'ll bring your resilience, enthusiasm and energy, and be right at home within our Bristol team.
Base salary of £26,736 for a 35-hour working week, with an OTE of up to £34,000!
This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 — no Sundays!

Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our members, in an outgoing, engaging manner
Are self-motivated and passionate about finding the right outcomes for customers
Have a desire to deliver a first-class customer experience to over 2 million customers
Can demonstrate the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced sales contact centre, and work well under pressure to meet KPIs
Ideally have previous experience working within a sales focussed environment and can demonstrate excellent customer service
Are driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets
Are hardworking and resilient, we all know sales comes with its challenges
Are influential, persuasive and a strong communicator
Have a positive and proactive attitude
Are outgoing, fun and enjoy a high energy, fast paced environment

Delivering exceptional service to potential members, keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do
Operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer focused solutions
Effectively engage with potential members on a number of different campaigns
Promoting our products and services
Providing great customer service to our customers by keeping accurate records up to date and fulfilling customer service responsibilities
Recording member data and requests in an accurate manner using RAC systems
