Are you a highly organised, proactive communicator with a passion for supporting sales teams and delighting customers? Do you want to play a key role in driving growth across Automotive & Aerospace?
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our clients sales operations - supporting their external team, streamlining processes and ensuring their customers receive world‑class service every time.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new opportunities and nurture prospects to build the sales pipeline.
Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and trial reports in collaboration with the sales team.
Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, provide product info and maintain strong relationships via phone, email and live chat.
Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
Administration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, generate sales performance reports and keep the team informed.
Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Spot opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive revenue.
Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
Training & Development: Stay up to date with products and best practices, sharing knowledge across the team.
Customer Satisfaction: Proactively resolve issues, gather feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive and customer‑focused.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in sales support, coordination or similar roles is a plus.
Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and collaborating across teams.

Working Hours & Holidays
40 hours/week, Monday - Friday (08:00 - 16:30)
Public holidays and Christmas shutdown included
