Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) - High Point/Greensboro, NC

Exciting opportunity to join our passionate multidisciplinary team. We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide clinic-based speech therapy evaluations and treatments to a pediatric population in our Greensboro, NC location at 426 Galimore Dairy Rd, Greensboro, NC We are seeking full-time, part-time, and/or temp position. Pediatric experience is highly preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists are preferred but not required. We are experiencing high demand for feeding therapy and candidates with feeding experience will be prioritized. Clinical fellowship applicants will also be considered for this role. Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) Responsibilities:

• Assess and document pediatric patient's communication status using clinical observations, caregiver report, and standardized testing.
• Develop a plan for treatment that integrates the family's values, child's deficits and clinical guidelines/ recommendations.
• Document ongoing progress towards goals. Address goals and provide treatment in a way that supports sensory motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic- physical therapy, occupational therapy and other professionals outside of the clinic to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
• Follow ASHA and other research-based guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
• Desire to expand clinical knowledge and develop clinical reasoning skills, Education,

Experience and Certifications Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology required at SLP level
• NC license for Speech Language Pathology required. Fully licensed SLP's preferred, but CFY's are strongly considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• FEEDING THERAPY EXPERIENCE WILL BE PRIORITIZED FOR POSITION

• Pay-per-visit at $30-35 per 30 minute visit
