Primary Function

This employee will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the Thief River Falls Dispensary. The Dispensary Manager will manage personnel, inventory purchasing and tracking, and sales goals. This role requires a motivated and experienced leader who understands the cannabis industry and has a background in retail management. You will oversee all aspects of the dispensary's operation and lead a team dedicated to creating a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment.

Reports to NativeCare CEO. Full-time position with benefits. Salary; DOE. Band Member and Native American preference observed.

Responsibilities:

· Recruit and nurture a team passionate about cannabis and dedicated to service excellence

· Uphold and promote NativeCare's mission

· Enhance staff proficiency by refining and implementing training resources

· Maintain and conduct regular inventory checks, record sales metrics, and audit data accuracy

· Adhere to established SOP's, ensuring the team's compliance.

· Promote safe access in a secure environment through visitor management, inventory control, cash management, and regulatory compliance.

· Optimize store scheduling to maximize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

· Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and market dynamics

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Willingness to travel to multiple sites, as needed

· Work rotating shifts, holidays and on call as needed. May require weekends and evenings.

· Knowledge of local cannabis regulations and compliance

· Other Duties As Assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in business preferred or minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a retail, hospitality, customer service or cannabis environment.

· Extensive knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and customer needs

· Experience managing a dispensary or working in cannabis industry

· Exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills

· Strong time management skills and task prioritization skills

· Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

· Demonstrate experience working with Tribal communities

· Current Minnesota driver's license, clean driving record, auto insurance, regular and consistent access to a motor vehicle, must be insurable through NativeCare vehicle insurance

· Must meet licensing requirements with Red Lake Tribal Regulatory Cannabis Agency and pass tribal, state and federal background checks

· Must work well with others

· Must be 21 years or older

Pay: $48, $65,000.00 per year
