Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading alongside the CFO, enterprise-
wide financial planning, forecasting, and decision support activities for RadX Inc. The
Senior Financial Analyst also collaborates closely with the Accounting team on key
healthcare revenue related matters and owns core forecasting processes, including
recurring forecasts and the annual planning cycle. This role will play a critical part in
driving corporate growth initiatives, including buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A),
deal execution, and valuation analysis, in close partnership with the CFO and CEO.

- Forecasting & Planning
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting
processes in alignment with organizational strategy.
Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models forecasting revenue,
expenses, cash flow, and overall business performance.
Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide
data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership. - Collaboration with Accounting
Partner with the Accounting team on healthcare rate accrual methodologies
related to future collections and revenue recognition.
Provide financial analysis and support during month-end and quarter-end close
processes to ensure accrual are sound and supported by future cash collections. Bridge GAAP-based financial reporting with operational metrics to enhance
revenue predictability including modeling of new initiatives impact. - Reporting & Decision Support
Deliver timely, accurate management reporting packages, dashboards, and
executive- and board-level presentations.
Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes to
enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Serve as a strategic partner to business unit leaders by providing financial
guidance on operational performance improvement, Capital improvements
investment decisions, and operational planning. - Strategic Finance & M&A
Support buy-side M&A activities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis,
due diligence, and investment evaluation.
Partner with Corporate Development and executive leadership on transaction
structuring, deal execution, and post-acquisition integration planning. - Attendance & Other Duties
Maintain consistent, regular, and predictable attendance in accordance with the
company's Attendance and Punctuality Policy; regular attendance is an essential
function of this position due to leadership, collaboration, and planning
responsibilities.

Work is performed primarily in an office environment with frequent collaboration,
deadlines, and shifting priorities.
Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities
required to perform this job successfully.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required;
MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment
banking, corporate finance, or a similar healthcare analytical role.
Strong background in financial modeling, M&A valuation, and deal execution.
Proven experience partnering closely with Accounting on operational finance
matters, including revenue recognition and collections.
Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and financial systems data.
