Warehouse & Equipment Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

ATG Entertainment is looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting Warehouse & Equipment Operations Coordinator to help manage, prep, and maintain our event gear behind the scenes.

This role is not customer-facing and not performance-based.

It's for someone who takes pride in organization, systems, and making sure everything works perfectly before it ever leaves the warehouse.

If you love structure, checklists, and improving processes — this role will feel extremely satisfying.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Inspecting equipment before and after events
• Testing audio, lighting, and event gear to ensure it's fully functional
• Organizing warehouse inventory and storage systems
• Prepping gear for upcoming events (checking lists, labeling, staging)
• Identifying damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment
• Communicating issues clearly so problems are solved before event day
• Improving systems, workflows, and organization over time
• Taking initiative without waiting to be told what to do

• Able to lift 40–50 lbs when needed
• Prior warehouse, AV, or technical experience is a plus (but not required)
