Pizza Crew Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pizza Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in food service within a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant setting. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes and standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, upselling menu items when appropriate
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
• Handle food with proper hygiene practices and assist with food handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation tasks
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion
• Assist in food preparation, packaging, and delivery of orders to customers or designated areas
• Support team members in various tasks including serving customers, stocking supplies, and basic kitchen duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales, and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
