Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Minneapolis–Saint Paul, WI. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, advising on proper medication use, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Collaborating with other team members to deliver excellent customer care and addressing patient inquiries related to drug interactions, side effects, and health management will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, including medication therapy management, prescription verification, and patient safety guidelines
• Strong skills in communication, patient counseling, and customer service
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and pharmacy operations
• Proficiency in operating pharmacy-related tools and technology
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent qualifications
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required
