Summary:
Provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage to restaurant guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side workstations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift Courteously handle all guest requests based on Company Standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests professionally
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items
- Clear tables and assist with guest requests
- Set up and close the restaurant efficiently
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Must have Six months to a year of fine dining server experience.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
