Responsibilities you'll rock:
- Lead a joyful two-year-old classroom with strong routines, positive guidance, and high standards
- Create fun, engaging, developmentally-appropriate lesson plans (think: language, sensory, movement, early math + pre-literacy)
- Support key toddler milestones like independence, communication, social-emotional development, and potty learning readiness
- Build heart-felt relationships with children, families, and teammates in a collaborative culture

What you bring:
- 5+ years in early childhood care, with 2+ years as a lead teacher, ideally in a quality-rated or accredited setting
- Strong developmental knowledge, classroom leadership, and parent partnership skills
- Enthusiasm, authenticity, and a passion for our values: holistic well-being, collaborative respect, inspired joy
- Strong classroom management with a warm, confident presence
- Great energy, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication + rapport-building skills with families
- A team-first work ethic (we do this together)
- Able to understand and follow center policies and practices
- Must pass a full background check
- CDA highly preferred (and we'll support your growth)
What we offer:
- Starting pay: Lead $16.00–$18.00/hr and Assistant $15-$17/hr (based on experience/credentials)
- Full-time, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm
