Compensation:
$97,500 - $192,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and nurturing leads through proven Keller Williams systems to build a robust client base.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective strategies for closing deals and maximizing income potential.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and enhance your real estate expertise.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and marketing tools to streamline processes and enhance client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
- Manage your schedule effectively to balance personal life and career growth, ensuring a flexible yet productive work routine.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Real Estate License.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.
