Job Overview
Reporting to a Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing student impact, building and sustaining a strong school partnership, and ensuring an impactful experience. This individual has direct accountability for meeting the organization's bottom line goals in the following areas: facilitating substance abuse and specifically a tailored design cannabis prevention program, attendance, student retention and community and school engagement. The Program Manager will traditionally oversee 1 school site.

Duties

Student Harm Reduction Program with Cannabis Prevention Focus

• Maintain a 15-student caseload.
• Provide facilitation of specified substance abuse prevention curriculum for high school students at the school site.
• Responsible for meeting the program's goals, the delivery of Smart Talk: Cannabis Awareness and Prevention Tool Kit and Safety First Supplemental Curriculum, a 10 hour training on youth marijuana abuse prevention; the completion of 10 hours of work based learning and a 20 hour service learning project that support city-wide youth marijuana prevention efforts along with ensuring attendance, program engagement, and retention.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor

School & Family Engagement Partnership

• Serve as the primary liaison between Wraparound Enterprises and the school site
• Engage in biweekly or monthly with school site key stakeholders, including principals, assistant principals, teachers, after school coordinator, and other school site staff
• Manage and build relationships with Wraparound Enterprises families through family orientation, 1:1 check-ins, quarterly updates, and event outreach

Program Site Operations & Data Management

• Lead coordination of site logistics: curriculum and syllabus adherence
• Enter and manage student data in dedicated Google Drive
• Track site-level expenses, manage supplies, and submit required reports
• Maintain and manage the program calendar and site communication

Requirements

• Believe in the mission, vision, and values of Wraparound Enterpriese

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years required working directly with youth, preferably from marginalized communities and (preferably) in an academic setting.
• Management experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sacramento, CA 95814
