• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.

• Fabricate components or parts as required for repairs or improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and leadership within the maintenance department.

• Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.

• Strong electrical skills with a solid understanding of wiring, circuits, and safety protocols.

• Experience in residential painting techniques and applications.

• Ability to fabricate parts or components using various materials and tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.

• Proven ability to maintain equipment and systems efficiently.

• Leadership qualities to guide junior staff or coordinate with other departments when necessary.

• Familiarity with reading schematics for troubleshooting mechanical systems.

• Mechanical knowledge that encompasses a wide range of repair techniques.
