We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. This role is essential to delivering outstanding beverage service and enhancing the overall guest experience in a fine-dining environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys building genuine connections with guests.

Schedule & Hours

• Expected hours: Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Daytime schedule ideal for candidates seeking consistent weekday hours

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide attentive, polished, and friendly service in a fine-dining atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar while following all food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage bar inventory, restocking, and proper cash-handling procedures
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold The Library's high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction
• Assist with training and supporting new team members as needed

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service and food safety practices
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Food handling and/or alcohol certification preferred
