Colorado Sake Company is a locally owned and operated small business that's been brewing award-winning craft sake since 2016. In 2019, we built out a hotline kitchen to complement our nationally recognized sake with incredible food. We're a fast-casual spot specializing in izakaya cuisine, traditional small plates, and Japanese bar food with our own unique fusion twist.

What We're Looking For

Kitchen Experience & Commitment - You don't need Japanese cooking experience, but solid knife skills, sanitation knowledge, and dedication to the culinary industry are essential.

Work Ethic & Initiative - I'm excited to teach you everything I've learned, but you need to bring motivation and urgency. Set up your station, knock out prep before and during service, and always be ready to grow.

Dependability & Respect - Show up on time, label and date everything, follow closing checklists, and respect your teammates. We're one team with one dream - no FoH vs BoH drama here.

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available
• Shifts: 8-10 hour shifts, evening/night
