Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Chicken Shack Harrah location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's operations, ensuring excellent service, and driving profitability while maintaining the Chicken Shack brand standards. You will lead and motivate our team, optimize our processes, and ensure our guests leave with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:

• Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

• Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and food quality control.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

• Customer Experience:

• Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

• Financial Performance:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.

• Monitor and control expenses, labor costs, and supplies.

• Marketing & Community Outreach:

• Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to promote the Chicken Shack brand.

• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.

• Proficiency in financial reporting and understanding of budgeting.

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a love for food.
