Senior Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily new construction, understands the full life cycle of estimating electrical systems, and can deliver accurate, competitive bids in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for multifamily construction projects

• Review plans, specifications, and addendums to understand project scope
• Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Develop budgets, cost breakdowns, and value‑engineering options
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams
• Participate in bid reviews and post‑bid negotiations
• Maintain organized documentation for all estimates and revisions

Qualifications

· 5 + years of electrical estimating experience, preferably in multifamily construction

• Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction methods
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
