Job Description:

  • We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst with experience working with children and/or young adults with Autism.
  • Immediate openings are available in our expanding Dublin, Ohio behavioral health practice.
  • Opportunities are available to act as a Clinical Supervisor, overseeing programs within our clinical practice.

Required Education, Certification, and Experience:

  • Masters Degree
  • BCBA Certification
  • Current COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst)

Position Qualifications:

  • Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also working independently
  • Desire to collaborate with team members
  • Solid communication skills
  • Solid technology skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to pass state and federal background check

Position Duties:

  • Submit required documentation for prior authorizations
  • Conduct client assessments such as VBMAPP, Vineland, Essentials for Living, etc.
  • Design and implement treatment plans
  • Monitor treatment progress
  • Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of BCBA's, BCaBA's, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's)
  • Collaborate and communicate with client's family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate
  • Provide direct services to clients and their families
  • Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress
  • Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.
  • Attend regularly scheduled clinical meetings.
  • Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.
