Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate General Dentist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional oral healthcare to our diverse patient community. What we offer you:
- Pay: $200,000-350,000 (w/daily rate through first three months)
- 100 new patients per month (avg).
- 8-12 treatment patients per day (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists)

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, utilizing dental terminology and clinical judgment.
- Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct complex procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and aseptic technique.
- Utilize dental imaging tools and medical documentation systems to record accurate medical records and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on oral health care practices, preventive measures, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental wellness.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials for performing general dentistry procedures.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic or office environment, demonstrating proficiency in dental office software.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control standards.
- Skills in pediatric dentistry and pediatric patient management are highly desirable.
- Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with confidence.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices ensuring confidentiality of patient records.
