Front Desk Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for office staff.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
• Assist with patient inquiries and provide information as needed, particularly in a dental setting if applicable.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle correspondence and manage mail deliveries efficiently.

Skills

• Strong administrative skills with experience in clerical tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or Dental Receptionist is preferred.
• Familiarity with computerized filing systems and office equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
