SAP Test Creator

Role Overview

The
SAP Test Creator
is responsible for creating and executing
functional and end-to-end test scenarios
to ensure SAP systems support real business processes accurately. This role focuses on validating SAP solutions across
Quality Management (QM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse/Materials Management (EWM/MM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
modules.

The Test Creator works closely with
business users, SAP functional consultants, and IT teams
to translate requirements into effective test cases and ensure high-quality system delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand
  business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Design
  functional and end-to-end test scenarios
  covering integrated SAP processes
• Create
  scripted and unscripted test cases
  for system, integration, and UAT testing
• Validate
  cross-module data flow
  between QM, PP, SD, EWM/MM, and PLM
• Execute test cases and document results, defects, and gaps
• Perform
  backend data validation
  using direct access to
  SAP HANA
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve defects
• Support
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  and regression testing cycles
• Ensure complete test coverage and high-quality deliverables before go-live

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in
  SAP functional testing
• Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules:
  QM, PP, SD, EWM/MM, PLM
• Experience in
  end-to-end business process testing
• Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and cases
• Familiarity with
  SAP HANA data validation
  (tables, document flow, backend checks)
• Experience working in
  cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills

  S/4HANA implementations or upgrades
• Exposure to
  regulated industries
