Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in the United States for an HVAC Service Sales Consultant. The consultant will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote HVAC services, including service agreements and customized solutions. Primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, presenting services to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. The role also involves conducting site visits, assessing clients' HVAC needs, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, and energy efficiency solutions
- Sales, prospecting, and business development skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship-building skills
- Ability to assess client needs and develop customized service proposals
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and related tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings
