Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Production Operator IV – Admixtures to join our operations team at a local admixture manufacturing facility. This is a senior-level, hands-on production role where the primary focus is actively manufacturing product, while also supporting equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical preventative maintenance. This position is well-suited for an experienced mechanical production operator who is comfortable performing advanced production duties in a complex manufacturing environment.
Primary Production Responsibilities
- Perform advanced hands-on production activities including pre-weighing, batch making, blending, and material transfers
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to ensure accurate batching and consistent product quality
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain proper mixing, flow, and batch integrity
- Prepare, label, and deliver quality control samples in accordance with SOPs
- Accurately complete production, batch, and quality records
- Palletize, stage, and prepare finished goods for shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety and quality standards
Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance Support
- Inspect equipment before, during, and after operation to identify potential issues
- Perform basic mechanical preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, adjustments, minor part replacements)
- Assist with troubleshooting production equipment issues and support maintenance personnel as needed
- Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns promptly to supervision
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts within the plant
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Position Specific Details:
- Base hourly payrate up to $20 - $25 p/hr, based on experience.
- Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.

Qualifications:
- Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
- Minimum of 3 or more years manufacturing/process experience.
- Experience with light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting equipment, strongly preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility for overtime and shift hours required.
