Hostess & Utility staff

About the Role

We're looking for friendly, reliable Hostess and Utility Staff to support daily service in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. These positions are essential to guest experience and overall service flow.

Hostess Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a strong first impression
• Manage waitlists and reservations accurately
• Coordinate table seating with servers and management
• Assist guests with basic questions
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area

Utility Staff Responsibilities

Utility staff are scheduled in support roles based on daily needs, which may include:

• Food Runner: Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to table
• Busser: Clear and reset tables efficiently to support service flow
• Milkshake / Dessert Station: Prepare milkshakes and desserts to company standards
• Assist servers and kitchen as needed during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Support team communication between front and back of house
