Landscape Foreman

We are a new company looking to expand for 2026 We just had our best year in 2025, and have a good head of steam generated. We are looking for a Landscape Supervisor to lead the charge in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee landscape and hardscape projects, supervise crew members, and ensure that every detail meets high standards of quality and safety. Your main job tasks will be landscaping, lawn care, and hardscapes while leading by example through a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a young, energetic company. We have laborers already in place. We need another good leader to help ownership scale the company to bigger and better things.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Lead a team of crew members by providing clear instructions, training, and support in landscaping techniques, tree care, irrigation installation, and general maintenance
• Oversee the execution of lawn care routines including mowing, trimming, and pest control to maintain healthy turf and plantings
• Manage landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting, hardscaping, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety standards, client specifications, and company quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with clients and ownership to plan landscape and hardscape designs that align with customer's needs
• Maintain equipment inventory, schedule regular maintenance, and ensure all tools are used safely and effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, hardscapes, or related field with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments is great, but not necessary.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening principles, hardscape installation and general landscape construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew effectively
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to landscape maintenance equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and suppliers
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate basic machines as a skid loader, dingo and other related machines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
